Goodwill Plus Membership Program
Terms and Conditions
Effective August 2024
By enrolling in Goodwill Plus, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any amendments or modifications thereto. For purposes of this agreement, “Goodwill Plus,” “GICW,” “us,” or “we” shall mean Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette, Inc. and any of its predecessors, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents. These Terms and Conditions do not alter the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with GICW for other products or services.
GICW reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Goodwill Plus Program at any time without notice, including the right to discontinue or change the benefits of the Goodwill Plus Program. If we make any material changes to these terms and conditions or terminate the Goodwill Plus Program, we will post the new terms at www.meetgoodwill.org and we may notify you by email.

Goodwill Plus Membership
The Goodwill Plus Membership Program (“Goodwill Plus”) is a free customer loyalty program that allows participants to receive a regular, non-stackable discount of five percent (5%) off on purchases that exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00), and a one-time ten percent (10%) Birthday Discount during the member’s birthday month.
The Goodwill Plus Membership Program is free to enroll.
Membership Eligibility
The Goodwill Plus Program is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, is intended for personal, non-commercial use only, and is limited to one account per individual. GICW may refuse to create a Goodwill Plus Member account for any reason. GICW reserves the right to exclude any individual from or discontinue any individual’s participation in the Goodwill Plus Program. GICW will investigate suspected violations of the Goodwill Plus Program, which may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the Goodwill Plus account. GICW reserves the right to cancel or suspend participation in the Goodwill Plus Program in the event of fraud, deception, abuse, or violation of these Terms or GICW’s Terms of Use or any applicable law, or at GICW’s sole discretion. GICW also reserves the right to exercise any and all rights, remedies and legal actions, whether under these Terms and Conditions, GICW’s Website Terms of Use, the law, or at equity, related to suspected violations of the Goodwill Plus Program. Any benefits or rewards in the Goodwill Plus account will become void at the time of cancellation or suspension.
Consent to Goodwill Plus Program Communications
By creating a Goodwill Plus Member account, you consent to GICW sending you text or email communications related to the Goodwill Plus Program or GICW promotions, sales, special events, or related marketing materials. You may opt out of these communications by emailing [email protected].
Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GICW with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior oral or written agreements. No failure or delay on the part of GICW in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or enforcing the Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver thereof. If any part or provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, then the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect.
Release
By participating in the Goodwill Plus Program, each member agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless GICW, its advertising and promotion agency, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, agents, and employees from all claims or damages arising out of or any use or misuse of the Goodwill Plus Program by that member.
Data Protection
Under the data protection legislation of various jurisdictions, we are required particularly to draw your attention to the fact that by applying for membership with the Goodwill Plus Program, and by virtue of your continued membership, you accept and explicitly authorize GICW, in its capacity as data controller, and any affiliates or partners thereto, to do the following with the personal information you supplied during enrollment in the program or during the course of your membership: (i) process it; (ii) transfer it to any third parties with which GICW is affiliated within the scope of the Goodwill Plus Program; (iii) transfer it to third parties to process it on GICW’s behalf, where required by applicable law, or in the administration of membership records, in connection with advertising, marketing, and communication purposes. GICW or such third parties may contact you through any contact information you have provided, including but not limited to mail, fax, telephone, email, or SMS. You may elect to be excluded from such contacts by choosing to opt out by contacting [email protected]. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to any conflict of law rules.
Program Interpretation
Interpretations of the Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of GICW.
