Community Employment Opportunities

Long Term Services (LTS) offers employment assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities which are driven by client-informed choice. LTS employees support clients in obtaining competitive, integrated, community jobs through résumé writing, building relationships with community businesses, job shadowing and informal/formal interviews. From the clients first day on the job, LTS assistance is provided to learn work tasks independently and to develop natural supports with the client making the decision when independence is achieved.

Goodwill promotes and supports Employment First concepts while complying with State of Oregon directives.

Operating hours for the sites listed below are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. LTS staff provide 1:1 job coaching supports for extended hours and days of the week based on client’s employment schedules.
