This website at meetgoodwill.org (the “Site”) provides complementary information about the programs, services, and opportunities offered by Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette (“GICW”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to help people reach their full potential through education, skills training, and the power of work.

Detailed below are our Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read these “Terms” carefully before using the Site. By visiting or otherwise using the Site in any manner, you agree to the then-posted Terms, to be bound by them, and that you have read and understood them. You also acknowledge, agree, and consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy. Your permission to use our Site is conditioned on compliance with these Terms and subject to suspension or revocation by us.

Terms of Use

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content (“Content”), including, but not limited to, trademarks, photographs, images, characters, names, graphics, logos, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other proprietary rights and laws that are owned and/or controlled by GICW or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. You may use Content from this Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, exploit, publish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Content in any way without GICW’s express written permission.

Prohibited Activities

User-Generated Content and Submissions

From time to time, GICW may allow you to communicate, submit, upload, or otherwise make available comments, questions, messages, images, audio, video, feedback, ideas, and/or other content via the Site (“User-Generated Content”), some or all of which may be accessible to the public. You shall indemnify GICW and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with our use and exploitation of your User-Generated Content.

GICW is not responsible for any User-Generated Content or user communications published or transmitted by users of the Site. GICW reserves the right to edit or delete User-Generated Content or user communications at any time and for any reason without any prior notice, but has no obligation to do so.

Limitation of Liabilities
